Customer Complaint
Customers can voice their claims through AFC’s website www.afc.com.lb, by sending an email to claims@afc.com.lb, by directly contacting the complaint department on +961 1 379150 ext: 120, by fax on +961 1 379 160 Attn: Yara Dagher, or by sending a letter to AFC P.O. BOX at 11-1364 – Beirut, Lebanon.
Furthermore, clients can physically visit AFC Offices and place their complaints in claim stations.
The customer will be contacted by the complaint department to confirm the receipt of the Complaint within 3 business days. As for the final response, it will be addressed to the client within 15 working days subject to renewal only once.
